Most Email problems can be solved very easily. All sites that are hosted by Odd Ball Web, have the ability to have there own unique email addresses that include their respective domain name. For example: yourname@yourdomain.com , it is not only more professional to use your sites domain name in your address, it lends credence to business as legitimate and not a "fly by night" outfit. Using @gmail, @yahoo or any @suffix other than your domain name makes your business less credible. If you've elected to not use your domain name as your primary email then a re-direct can be set up so that your email is sent to the domain name but forwarded to the @domain of your choosing. PLEASE BE AWARE that most webmail applications (such as Google, Yahoo, etc) view mail sent from most servers as SPAM or unwanted mail.

Web Related Corrections, New Pages and Updates (including Database & e-commerce).
Your web site hosting and design, comes with unlimited site wide updates and changes. There is no fee for *related added pages and or these updates and can be done usually within 24 hours of request. Any ecommerce custom cart scripts or pages will get immediate attention as I understand the need to have synergy and consistant access to your online product. Database hosting and technical issues can be complicated but can generally be resolved in a timely manner.
*related is/are pages that are similar in layout, purpose and function. Vastly different pages from the related look of all the pages in the site are considered new design and therefore warrant additional charges. Each page can cost as much as $40 per new page.
