Before Any Service begins, a requisite deposit of $150.00 (one hundred fifty dollars) is due and payable to Odd Ball Web.

All Services are done in an orderly and direct relationship to the amount of up front information that Odd Ball Web is provided. If you have an idea or a concept , artwork, logo's, graphics, textual content, pages you know you may want and or require, and or competing web sites that you like the "look and feel" of, then please provide as much information that you can in the initial stages of development. We do offer unlimited site wide updates at no cost to you, however that does not include major layout or graphical changes to the site once agreed upon. For those of you who are not sure what you want or would like, please fill out this brief online form (or download here) and provide as much detail that you believe will assist in developing what you envision as your web site. When provided with all the information that is required for your website's development, your site can be up in as little as 3-5 days from concept to completion. This depends on you. If you have a need to have your site up as fast as possible, please provide as much detailed information as possible to avoid any lengthy delays.

Artwork submission is your responsibility. If you provide to me copyright materials that is not your property you are responsible for permissions and legal fees that may evolve from using such material.

Legally obtained artwork or original artwork you provide needs to be at least 75 pixels per inch (300px preferred) and should be at least 300px x 300px so that when manipulating the images there is no loss in clarity.

Any material deemed to be plagiarized, whether written, reproduced or questionable may not be used per the review of Odd Ball Web.

All material created for your website, and paid for in full become the property of the business in which they were created. Including all sketches, rough drafts, edits and files. AS LONG AS THEY ARE PAID FOR IN FULL based on the Fee Schedule here.
